Hah, I kinda wish I had forgotten about this -- I remember what a shock the vampire turned out to be in the original drabble.

But OMG this is awesome! Creepy and horrifying and still somehow achingly sweet and kinda romantic. I love the details in here: the grainy security cameras, the creaking floorboards, Alex and four kinds of juice. Whatever; I'm in awe.
