Wonderful chapter. Every time I think I'm getting a handle on the bigger picture, something is revealed that blows my theory to kingdom come. Loved the scene in Trelawny's tower - so atmospheric and downright creepy.

Oh, and I forgot to say that the autopsy scene in the last chapter was rivetting readng. The amont of detail that goes into any use of magic you describe is, to use a teenage phrase, awesome.
